Creative 3D Technologies, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. This statement describes the standard we use, the current status of https://creative3dtechnologies.com/ (the "Site"), and how to reach us if you have trouble.
Our target is conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. WCAG 2.2 Level AA includes the success criteria of WCAG 2.1 Level AA and WCAG 2.0 Level AA.
We adopt WCAG 2.2 Level AA as our public standard because it is the current W3C recommendation and because it covers the criteria most often used to measure equal access. We also treat WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a floor. That earlier version is the technical standard the U.S. Department of Justice adopted in 2024 for state and local government websites under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Title II does not govern this private Site. We use it as a reference point, not as a statement that a Title II deadline applies to us.
This statement is a statement of intent and of current status. It is not a warranty that every page conforms on every date, and it is not a waiver of any right.
This statement covers public pages of the Site that we control, including the home page and the pages for our equipment, industries, company, investors, news, events, blog, and contact information, together with documents we post for the general public.
It does not cover:
Third-party websites we link to, including video hosts and social networks, except for the way our own page presents the link.
Content a user submits, unless we then publish it.
Internal or administrative tools that are not offered to the public. Those tools must still be secured. They are outside this public statement.
Archived documents that are clearly marked as archival and for which we provide an accessible alternative on request, as described in Section 6.
Conformance status: Partially conformant.
A partial conformance statement means some parts of the Site do not yet conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We are working through the gaps identified in our internal accessibility review. We will update this Section when a qualified review supports a change.
Known limitations as of the Last Updated date:
We would rather name a real limitation than publish a conformance claim we have not tested. We will update this Section when testing supports a change.
We take the following measures, and we are putting in place any that are not yet operating:
If you have trouble accessing any part of the Site, or if you need information in a different format, contact us. A report helps us fix the barrier and, where we can, provide the information another way while the fix is in progress.

Mail: Creative 3D Technologies, Inc., 1200 BMC Drive, Suite 300, Cedar Park, Texas 78613, Attention: Accessibility
Please include the page address, a description of the problem, and the assistive technology and browser you were using, if you are comfortable sharing that. Those details are helpful. They are not required.
We will acknowledge a request within five (5) business days and, where we can provide the information in an alternative format, we will do so within ten (10) business days, or we will tell you a realistic date if the request is complex. We will not charge a fee for an alternative format of information we already make available on the Site.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may write to info@creative3dtechnologies.com, Attention: Legal. You may also contact the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, or another agency or court, as applicable. Nothing in this statement limits that right.
On request to info@creative3dtechnologies.com, we will provide public Site information in a reasonable alternative format, such as a tagged HTML page, a plain-text file, a large-print version, or a conversation with a person who can read the content to you. If a document is inherently visual (for example, a technical drawing), we will provide a text description of the information the drawing is meant to convey, to the extent we can do so without disclosing trade secrets.
The Site is intended to work with current versions of major browsers and with assistive technologies that support WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not require you to install special software to read public pages. If a page does not work with your setup, use the contact method in Section 5 and we will help you get the information.
The Site relies on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Conformance depends on those technologies working in the user’s browser and assistive technology. We do not require a plugin for core content. If we embed third-party media, that media may have its own accessibility limits. We will caption or transcribe media we produce, and we will not rely on an inaccessible embed as the only way to get essential information.
We assess the Site by:
This statement is approved for publication by Company leadership. The accessibility owner in Section 4 is responsible for day-to-day maintenance. Legal questions about this statement go to info@creative3dtechnologies.com.
We review this statement at least once each year, and whenever we launch a material redesign or add a feature that collects information from the public.
We take accessibility complaints seriously. Send a complaint to info@creative3dtechnologies.com. Include your contact information, the page involved, and what you need. We will investigate and respond in writing. Our response will state what we will change, or why we believe the Site already provides equal access, and what alternative we are offering in the meantime.
This complaint process is in addition to, not instead of, any right you have under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Texas Human Resources Code, or other law. We do not require you to complete this process before you contact a government agency or a lawyer. The arbitration provision in our Terms of Use is subject to applicable law, including any rule that a particular accessibility claim cannot be arbitrated or that injunctive relief to remove an access barrier may be sought in court. If there is a conflict between this statement and the Terms of Use on a nonwaivable accessibility right, the nonwaivable right controls.
